Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, without needing to provide a specific reason.
The cancellation period is considered from the day you receive the product or the day a third party (authorized by you, excluding the carrier) takes possession of the Goods.

Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be issued within 14 business days via the same payment method used for the original transaction. No additional fees will be charged for the refund itself.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
The Goods must have been purchased within the past 7 days.

The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition.
Important Notes:

Once the product has been dispatched, refund requests are not entertained unless the customer agrees to bear forward courier and return-to-origin (RTO) charges.

Refunds are processed via Razorpay, which applies a 2% platform fee along with 18% GST on the transaction amount. These deductions will be adjusted from the refund.
Non-Returnable Goods
Returns will not be accepted for:

Customized or specially manufactured items

Products with short shelf life or those that expire quickly

Items that pose hygiene concerns once opened

Goods mixed with other items post-delivery, making separation impossible
We reserve the sole right to decline returns that do not comply with the above terms.
Return Instructions
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning Goods. Please contact us before sending anything back. The return address will be provided upon request.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit. No refunds will be processed without confirmation of return delivery.
Gifts
If your purchase was marked as a gift and delivered directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon return approval. You will receive this in the form of a gift certificate.
If the gift was shipped to the original buyer, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
